In November 2001, we traveled with the family to Punta Mita, Mexico. It was Sophia's first plane trip. Mexico: Check out our latest trip to Puerto Vallarta. We brought the whole family along. There's Uncle O and Tia D with Isabella; Grandpa (holding Sophia) and Grandma; Uncle Gus and Mrs. V; and our parents.

Here's where we stayed. There was room for all of us, and some geckos.	Here's the view from the balcony. Every night's sunset was spectacular.
This is on the beautiful beach of Isla Marieta.	I went swimming in the ocean with Uncle Gus.
We often took nightly walks on the beach to watch the sun set.	I enjoyed borrowing my cousin Isabella's Aqua Boat.
Cousin Isabella and Tia D enjoyed the pool as well.	Juan and Balli cooked our meals and cleaned our rooms.
Uncle O taught me how to make funny faces.	...and how to pee on the neighbor's grass. Dad must be so proud.
We got all dressed up to go to dinner.	Uncle O has a way with the ladies.
I loved playing in the sand!	Mom and Dad both got tattoos on their ankles. Now I can get my tongue pierced!
And that was a wonderful vacation...
