Our July 2005 California adventure took us from Cambria to Santa Barbara and ended in Lake Tahoe.

The sand at Pismo Beach was perfect for hiding in.


It's all about the touristy picture.	Mr. Hearst's pool was OK but where are the floaties?

We hung out with elephant seals at San Simeon beach.	Those seals followed us to the tidepools near Moonstone Beach.

Do you like our fancy dinner outfits?	It was a hot day when we stopped for a picnic in Solvang.

Auntie Irene showed us all around Santa Barbara.	We fed the giraffes at the Santa Barbara zoo.

We set up camp at Cold Creek in the Tahoe National Forest.	We played in the creek. And it was cold.

And if you're in a creek, you gotta get muddy.	Our buddies Boo and Mo joined me in the mud.

Uncle David used the creek for a quick hair wash.	Auntie Alisa managed storytime for Alia, Alejandra, and me.

Dinner was always fun with the other kids.	Who said we don't walk on water?

We finished off our trip with a full day at Donner Lake.
